'We handle things for you' sounds simplistic, but it is really the best description of a Virtual Assistant's job. As a professional, our goal is to do the tasks you need in a timely and accurate manner - it really is that simple. Our team has a broad set of experiences which minimizes training time and the actual work can get done quickly and efficiently.
Clients meet with Scarlett initially to set up a list of needs, goals and we learn about each other's way of working. If you communicate best on the phone, for instance, we won't send you lengthy emails. Knowing how you work and adapting to help you in the best way possible is one of the lessons Scarlett learned from her teaching and presenting experience.
Tasks can be time based, routine generated (check emails, update social media, register participants), or the tasks can be initiated by sending me a request in email or via an online management system. Instead of walking over to the office manager's desk, you sit down at your own desk (or pull over a tablet) and let us know what you need to happen and a time frame. Our team will establish a system of checking on the progress of your tasks and assessing whether adjustments are needed. Each working relationship is different and requires fine tuning.
Our team works with a handful of select clients and each client receives focused, careful attention of at least one lead assistant, plus Scarlett.
