How do I hire a VA ?
Ask questions! A Virtual Assistant is a professional who should be able to provide a resume and often references. Make a list of tasks you think you need help with accomplishing and then talk in depth with your VA professional about what services can be realistically expected. You might be surprised at the suggestions and just how much a VA can help! You might also check out:

Who would be working with me?
Scarlett Ross, Virtual Assistant and owner of WillowTree VA, works one-on-one with you to understand your business and tailor the work to fit your needs. Scarlett's experience as a professional writer, executive assistant and educator works for you! She adapts to learn skills for your newest project. She excels at communication, administrative tasks, projects and coordination. Please check out her resume.
How much does your expertise cost?
Contact me for pricing and a project estimate.
How do you bill?
Projects can be billed individually with time noted for administrative tasks (answering emails, preparing spreadsheet layouts, etc.), research, webinar related tasks, etc.
Unlike a full time assistant, a virtual assistant at WillowTree VA bills by the 10 minutes. Each time a task begins we meticulously track the time spent working on and accomplishing your goals. You can set a limit on the number of hours spent per week, per month or per project in order to manage your own priorities.
When are you available to me?
Operating hours are Monday through Friday: 9 am-6 pm, Eastern. I respond within 2 hours (typically) to email and communicate to you the time frame when I can accomplish your task. Scheduling work or sessions outside of these hours is done on a case by case basis.
I do not work on Federal Holidays, my birthday or during vacations. While I am available for urgent requests, I like to prepare diligently and avoid off-hours work to save my client's stress and expense and to save my family their sanity.
